  It is full of big city vibes but because the Harbour Town is suburbanized and not totally urban as Melbourne can get, I actually feel it is a sort of letdown to the Docklands. But who am I, someone coming from interstate, to judge?

  The paid exhibitions brought me here but other than them, I actually wanted to go home. There is no nothing special in my view.

  The sights don't actually boost the surrounding shops, they just narrowed our focus to go to these places and go home after we are done.

  It is an atypical Melbourne experience in Harbour Town. It is simply unimpressive and only passable because of the effort put in to bring in the sights.

  I’ve only been here twice and the first time there were barely any shops open. They’ve not got H&M and quite a few stores with more to open. They don’t have all the good stores but it’s still a good place to find some good deals. Not sure if that’s too different from any other place. Parking is very affordable and there’s plenty of it.

  It's a much more interesting place to visit than it used to be. If you want to try something new on a weekend, go see if it catches your fancy.

  Imagine. Trams, a large Ferris Wheel, a few large big box stores especially Costco, a Boost Juice Bar that chills any hot day, and two fantastic exhibitions in this Harbour Town.

  Located near the Melbourne Eye/Ferris wheel, the Harbour town shopping arcade has a number of shops on the ground level. The arcade is not fully occupied yet with a number of shops on the first level still vacant. The shopping area has a children play area. There are a few children's rides below the Melbourne Eye and is great for kids from 3 to 12 years of age. Costco has opened its store in this area, albeit entry is only for Costco members. Parking space is ample for those having cars, but trams on the weekends operate with reduced frequency and are generally full due to the shopping crowd.

  The new redevelopment for this district seeks to make it more than just a shopping district, but instead a shopping\nightlife destination. Car shows, more restaurants, night entertainment etc.

  Great atmosphere with lots of unique shops. There's heaps and heaps of awesome eateries and things to do. I visited Simulator World which is great for all people great and Small with a passion for any type of motor racing.
