  It's an okay experience. I mean if your staying in the city for a short while and never coming back, just do it. Got the lights and sights tickets so we went there twice. The First time at night, the second just before sunset. It was nice, but not the sunset view I would have wanted. It's clearly stated that you can't take backpacks or cameras or any other shopping bag etc.. on the wheel. So be prepared. Take the essentials only; otherwise you would have to leave them at the entrance. We were with another couple in the cabin, both times, so we could move freely.The photos are not obligatory.

  Lots of helpful instructions. And information. Great 30 minutes. Has a special go around again (on the same day ) for extra $2 per person. If we had time would have been good.

  You could see pretty much the whole of Melbourne up there. It almost feels like your a bird. Had a great time. Wish I could come back and do the whole thing again. While your up there looking over Melbourne there is a commentary running which is very interesting.

  Thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Staff were all fantastic, best customer service i have ever encounted. My grandson Tom was overawed by the whole experience. Would highly recommend the Star to everyone. Thanks to all the fantastic staff for making it a truly unique day.
