    Realised my passport was expired at the last minute, went to the passport office directly. Staff was amazing and really helpful. Managed to receive the new passport on the same day. A BIG THANK YOU!

    The staff were sympathetic to the circumstances and prompt in their response. They provided detailed information about what was possible by way of receiving an emergency passport and were helpful in delivering a passport within the day :)

    Completely rude & poor customer service, the person i spoke to today "Patrick" was completely rude and arrogant he had no care or willingness to help me with my enquiry, crappest customer service ever!

    The staff were absolutely amazing.My daughter needed a passport to go overseas and discovered that she didn't have enough time left on her current passport to satisfy customs.The passport office issued her with a new passport in under 24 hours.I couldn't recommend the staff more highly.They were fantastically efficient and courteous.Thank You!!!!!!
